All of my pottery is handcrafted from high quality stoneware clays. Each piece is an original and made with lead-free and food safe glazes.

My pottery can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer, but should not be taken from directly from the freezer or fridge to the hot oven. It is always best to put your pottery in the oven and then turn it on.

While in the oven the bottom surface of larger pieces should be covered with either food or liquid to maintain an even heat. The above suggestions all help to prevent thermal shock.

Gammel House Pottery can go in the dishwasher and with care will give you many years of service and pleasure.
